Chapter 33

"Annie" she is shocked to have her call, she picked her call after controlling herself. She called her 5 time back to back and she noticed now. "Hello Annie sorry I was in shower... everything is fine?" she asked

"I am fine, I just wanted to know that you are fine. Geet number is switched off"

"Yea...h... Aah..." She stammered to say

"What happened with your voice, you are not well" Annie asked in worried tone

"I got cough Annie that why...I am fine" she said blinking her eyes so that she won't be weak in front of her.

Here Prema understand that she knows everything and they both are crying that why she is talking in this voice.

"Geet is with you I want to talk to her and what happened with her cell" Annie asked

"Her phone battery is dead that's why, she is in shower Annie..."

"When she went in shower, you said you are in shower or she is avoiding me."

"No, Annie why she would avoiding you."

"Than give her cell phone"

"Annie she can't talk right now as she is coughing and sneezing... Coz of her I also influence under it" she said while pursed her lips not to moan in pain.

"What you both are hiding" she asked and the moan she wants to stop escape from her throat. She immediately mute the call.

"Please Krishna Ji, I don't want to become hurdle in her happiness, at least let her be happy" she prayed and wipes her tears

"I am so sorry Annie, I mute the call... I was talking and then realised you didn't replied" she said closing her eyes. "And you don't worry, we are fine... What we hides from you... Everything is perfectly fine." She cover up

"Shall I come" she asked as she also hurt that painful moan.

"Oh Annie, it's happen with us on daily basis. Why you get worried...we will be fine soon" Meera said, "And Geet will talks to you tomorrow" she said

"Okay" she said still not convinced

Prema who is controlling her tears couldn't take it anymore. She can relate everything when moan escape from her throat, it was so painful and it's really hurt her when Meera said, It's happen with her on daily basis" she gets up and left the hall after biding them good night.

"How much they are suffering but they didn't tell Annie." She said to Amar

"If they don't want to tell, we should respect their Privacy."

"I want to meet them Amar and shows them everyone is not alike. They are my daughter's best friends then they are like my daughters too" she said

"Meet them tomorrow, give them time so they can be stable" he said hugging her wife and he also feels so bad for her. This world is so cruel for person who stand alone. He also do whatever in his hand to help them.

Scene Shift

Meera and Geet sleep in bathroom while talking and sharing pain with each other.

Next Day

Meera asked her to get off today but she denied and said if she stayed here she will only think about all the happening. She has fever and it coz her mind want rest from all these things so it make body weak but she is not taking rest. She is mentally ill not physically but how much her body bear. Meera also knows it's not good for her. They get ready for hospital.

Geet is trying to behave normal but storms in her mind don't gives her peace for couple of seconds. When you want to not to think about something or someone, it never helps you and makes you think about that.

Geet is doing her duty, first take round and then she is sit in her cabin to check their patients.

Meera's schedule is so busy today, she is assisting a doctor in operation and her duty to check patients. She talks to her before going to operation theatre.

After few hours the operation is successful and they all comes back. They are talking about operation. She replied to doctors and she wants to go and talk to Geet. They didn't had breakfast just juice as she doesn't want anything. She doesn't eat anything if she won't forced.

Geet is feeling low so she thought to go canteen and buy a cup of coffee, she is walking when she feels everything turn blank.

Scene Shift

Meera takes her cell phone and start talking towards Geet cabin. Annie calls her and she feels guilty to tell her lies but she deserves happiness not pain. She immediately calls her, "Hey Annie"

"Now you call me, Geet is not taking my call and you are also avoiding me."

"She must be busy Annie, I was assisting Dr Mehra in operation that's why" she replied

"You both are busy bee" she taunt

"How's preparation going on?" Meera avoids her taunt as she knows that she is right but they are also not wrong.

"We are going to meet designer, she called us to check the measures."

"That's great, We are planning we go and search something for us...let see when we get time." She said in normal tone. They are talking and Prema is listening to her. Designer called them to try the outfit and measure it. Annie blackmail Maan or Dev too to come with her in lunch break, her brother is so lazy in shopping, Designer called them but they didn't get time. Annie comes with Her Mother Prema to shop when Designer called her and asked her to take her brothers so she blackmail them.

"You can give time to all your girlfriend but I've blackmail you both" Annie complain to her brothers. Meera heard that and smiles

"Annie you enjoy, I'll talk to you lat(er)...." She doesn't complete sentences when a nurse comes to her.

Dr Meera, Dr Geet faint in corridor area"

"What" Meera cut the call immediately

Scene Shift

Dr Rehaan Mittal was there when she blank out and she was about to fall when he comes to her and save her. He takes her to hospital room.

Meera reached there when Dr Rehaan is holding her hand to check her nerves. He asked nurse to bring some injection, she passed out coz of weakness or stress.

She is laying lifeless, it really pains her. What you are doing with yourself Geet. She hold her and sitting with her.

"You are crying Dr" Rehaan asked

"She is my sister Dr Rehaan, I get emotional"

"If this gorgeous girl is your friend then you also know why she was so stressful and didn't had anything." He asked

"It's not like that Dr Rehaan" she said not looking at him

"You try to fool another Doctor, Impressive" he smirked, "That's mean you know the reason and you don't want to share but has someone says beautiful girls looks more beautiful while lying with their beautiful features red eyes, red running nose, dark pink lips" he said looking at her

She is red in embarrassment, "I am not lying Dr Rehaan" she said in determine tone but couldn't meet her eyes with him.

Rehaan comes to her and made her looked at him, "You are a doctor, you know one should never lie to their doctor." The way he said her heart skipped a beat.

"Dr Rehaan, I am doctors and I know everything, you shouldn't teach me" she said while maintaining distance with him and she saw them.

Annie and others reached there when they are talking, "Annie, What you are doing here"

"I heard that Geet faint" she said

"Annie, she will be fine. She skipped her dinner or breakfast that's why it's happen" Meera said to her, "You shouldn't get worried" Meera added.

"My best friends are hiding things from me than what I should I do"

"Annie, I am not saying We don't but we will sort out soon. You should start your life with happiness around you not worry or stress. I promised after your marriage We should share everything..okay" Meera said she knows Annie is not blind and she can't fool her so she assured her, she is important for them too but she wants her to be happy right now.

"But"

"I promised na, we will tell you once your settled in your life...okay you are so important for us" She said

"Finally Gorgeous is saying truth, see I makes everyone to speak truth. I am heart surgeon and I know when someone is lying" Rehaan said

"My Name Is Dr Meera, Dr Rehaan... Stop calling me that" Meera said warning tone. When she realise Geet is opening her eyes. Geet open her eyes and saw Meera and everyone is here.

"Meer" she called her

"Geet, how are you feeling now" she comes to her

"I am fine" she said in low voice

"Do you know what I feels like to bang your head on wall. Why you didn't had anything" Meera scold her

"I was going" she replied, "Sachii"

"Sachii" she mocks, "I'll see you later."

"Geet you should take care of yourself, Meera can't run after you every time." Annie said to her

"I am so sorry to get you all worried unnecessary for me"

"It's not like that Geet but we don't want you to get sick when you promised me to prepare dance on my Sangeet Function and Madam it's not so far" she reminds her and Geet gives her small smile.

"So gorgeous prove me right that you were in stress as your Blood Pressure is very low" Rehaan asked

"I've a habit to think unnecessary stuff" She said to Annie

"Do you have problem in telling with name but endearment" Meera asked tapping her foot.

"I call gorgeous to a gorgeous... What's the problem" he said and she rolled her eyes, "I know gorgeous you want to know who helps you when you faint, it's me...and now you want to thank me and I'll say it's not mentioned... But you still say, no you are so thankful for me and I'll say it's okay... Then you asked me to come to your home for dinner and I'll also couldn't deny your offer as I am so bored with hotel food so I'll say okay... I'll come on dinner at your home tomorrow at 8 pm." He said and they all are so shocked and saw him with open mouth.

"Okay meet you tomorrow gorgeous" he said with wink and left

"What is this" Meera asked to Geet

"I don't know" Geet said and

"Bhai, he is our Mentors, in one meeting he gets in home...he is so fast" Dev said to Maan

"What I don't know, he self invited himself for dinner... I don't like unwanted guest." Meera said

"Who is he" said

"Dr Rehaan Mittal, he joins yesterday day for 10 days or so." Meera said angrily

"Rehaan Mittal from UK.. OMG he is Rehaan Mittal means that Dr Mittal whom Dr Shashank wants to come for ones"

"Yeah"

"I thought he would be old, I mean aged" Annie said

"He wants Indian Dinner, I'll see what would happen after eating Indian Spices or Spicy Food... He will running around, red flares coming out from his mouth, ears, eyes. He will be begging for water but I won't gives him"

"Opps I got your plan Gorgeous, please make some other plan." He said while entering, "I forget my things" he take it, "And Gorgeous, I know which sweet gives me relief" He said comes near her face and she is so shocked and eyes popped out, he can talk like that in front of everyone but what you can expect from foreigner. He went and Meera saw him tilting to see and make sure he is gone for sure.

Here Annie and Geet starts laughing loudly, "You are great Meera" Annie said. Even Maan, Prema and Dev is laughing

"Aunty you too, I expect their laughing as they all are shameless but you are so sweet Aunty... You should be with me... Even you too"

"Beta I am so sorry, I am not laughing on you but his timing to return" She said

"Geet, tell him you are busy and you can't invite him"

"It would be rude Meera" Geet said

"I am telling you, he is not good for our health"

"But Meera I thought he is, see because of him we get laughter therapy that's too for free" Annie said

"Ahaan...Haan... it's a joke...But I want to say it's pathetic joke" Meera said angrily

"Okay don't get angry, you go with your plan. I am with you if you want I'll come to support you" Annie said, "Geet you take care, We are leaving okay"

"Yeah" she said and Annie hugs her.

"Take Care" Dev or Maan said with genuine care. They left but Prema is there.

"Geet, Meera... I don't call you both daughter, not for name sake but you both are like my daughter. If you needs a mother, I am always there." Prema said to them. She hugs Geet and said in low voice, "I know what happened yesterday night in Rathore Mansion. I am so sorry I couldn't do anything for you." she said with teary eyes. Geet hugs her tightly and get relief that at least someone thinks that she is innocent.

Meera is overwhelmed seeing the scene and has tears in eyes. Later she hugs her too.

"Aunty please don't tell anything to Annie, right now"

"Hmmm but you both promise me not to hurt you again for some stupid people"

"Ji Aunty" Meera said

"Geet" she raise her eyebrows

"I'll try Aunty" she said
