Chapter 5

"Hello Mr Khurana”, “Are you still ready for this alliance" She asked

He is not some despo but yes he wants to say yes..... And he is doing it for Daadi... As He gives promise to his Daadi ma. How could he back out from his words?

"Yes Miss Handa" he said, "I don't have any problem" he added "but yes, what I expect from you is, don't cross my path" he again added

"For sure and Thank you" she said

She cut the call before he asked anything or says something which irked him so much.

He wants to say if she has any demand or anything, he will try to take in consideration but she cut the call.

She is really full of herself and doesn't care about other. He doesn't understand why his Daadi Ma likes her or wants her but if he wants to know about her then he should agree with this.

He is curious about her behavior or her..... Nope, he acceded only for Daadi ma wish nothing else.

Time pass like sand slips from hand and marriage day is come.

Dev and Meera are very happy. Maan is as usual this is alliance and he only do for Daadi so he doesn't care about anything.

The person affected with this alliance is Geet is gloomy and it is witness from her face. She is happy go lucky person and here she is same person but happiness is far away from her.

She always spread smile on other face and her smile faded away. Last time marriage was not at grand level as she is her last year of MBA and Dev career is on peak so a year back it is decided that no one come to know about this marriage only their family.

Geet health is going to be worst with each passing time and she feels suffocated.

Flashback Start

"Dev you are changed" Geet complains

"Really you don't have time and you complain to me that I don't have time....you are great.....you know what Maan Bhai is right Marriage only create complications" he said

"Mr Dev Singh Khurana you are fed up or called our marriage A complications that coz of your stupid brother philosophy and he is worst person and I hate you youuu" she said angrily...

3 month passed away and they are happy but their fight never stops for one day. They still fight like Tom and Jerry but still they can't live separately from each other for half an hour.

15 minutes passed....she is still grumpy

"Geet I'm sorry baby I'm wrong but you are busy and your semester is going on that why I'm avoiding you"

Dev said

"Geet he is not stupid, is that he didn't find Geet in his life that's why he is like that nothing else" he said

She knows he is right but what he said about him is catch her attention, "He never get Geet okay" she retort back

"Of course Geet, only I'm the lucky to have Geet in my life" he said and hugs her..... Night passed

Flashback End

Geet never confronted with Dev and Meera as she knows it's only increases her misery. Dev wants to talk to her for congratulations her but she makes herself busy in meeting and all to reduce pain. She is diverted her mind with business and all.

Are are getting ready for marriage, Dev and Meera or Maan or Geet..... They reach separately. Geet covered her face with veil so that no one recognized pain.

Dev and Meera are sitting and waiting for Geet to reach and she is late.... She said she is busy in meeting that why but real reason is she makes herself mentally prepared.

She came and walk towards her destination but Dev came and hugs him.

"Where were you Geet, I know you are great business women but still today is your marriage. First you planning for marriage and that too without informing me and you didn't receive my call...." he complain, "Rab ne bana di Jodi, you behave like Maan Bhai always busy but thank God he came on time today" he added

Geet try to run from him but no use....she hugs him and hides herself in him. Dev also find peace after having near him and Geet misery reduce but it is short span....

"Geet come with me" Maan voice startled them.

All are talking about them that they are going to marry someone and they are hugging each other. Maan closed his eyes and comes to them. Deep down in his heart he also feels bad to saw them like that.

"All the best Dev" is the only words she manage to say

She come with Maan and stands near him, did accordingly priest said. Put Varmala and then sit next to him.

Maan when open her veil for filling her partition and his breathe struck in his throat. Her face is pale but her flawless beauty attracts him to next extend.

On the other hand Dev and Meera also did. Dev also feel restless and he doesn't know why. He is feeling something goes away from him.

He is marrying girl whom he loves then what the problem. It's being 2 month they come across and feels for each other. And they decided for this marriage but today he feels suffocated to sit here. He get what he wants but.........

Both couples are standing on their place and ready for taking circle around sacred fire and in front of everybody. All are witness about their marriage and blessed them with showering flowers.

Unknown to the person who are marrying, they all are restless. No one is happy you can say that.

Her Waiting for him was cone to end as he becomes someone else.

Waiting is painful when result is going against you and its fruitful when you know some day will get it.

She faint in last circle and everybody starts talking about her.

Maan scoops her in his arms and takes the last Circle…. Dadi and others wants to stops him but he is nowhere to stop today. He is observing her but she doesn’t even glance over him. Dev also came to her but before he takes her in his arms Maan already complete the marriage procedure.

Everyone is shocked and Priest also don’t know what to say, If they called them Husband and Wife or Not?????
