Chapter 40

That was the last thing they ever want to heard in this entire universe.

Dev was shocked and ground slips from Maan's feet. How could Baba Ji do this with him. He and his family never intentionally hurt anyone and here he gets an unbearable pain.

Maan stumble a little bit but Dev makes him stand still. Dev said, "Bhai nothing is going to happen to Bhabhi and Abhi....You know that" but his voice didn't reached Maan ear-drum

Dev went to inquiry further and starts cross checking every thing but their names are mentioned.
He doesn't want to believe neither his heart but proves are against his heart.

"Bhai let go" Dev said in chocked voice and he drags a person without soul with him.

They reached home.

"Daadi Ma their flight crashed"

"What...No this can't happened... Nothing is going to happen with them....Geet, Abhi and everyone is fine" Daadi said

Prema saw her son in broken state, "Maan listen Baba Ji don't let anything happen to Geet and Abhi" but Maan is not responding to anyone

"Dev did you cross checked everything"

"Yes" he nodded

Meera also reached their home and heard last stanza.

"What had happen"

"The flight in which they are going was crashed" Dev said

Meera was shocked, "No...No...Please Baba Ji...No" she murmuring

Annie saw her brother is not responding so she went to him, "Bhai maybe they didn't board in flight may be" Maan is not responding and went from there.

That was toughest moment for all but for Maan, it's like someone snatched his life. He is good terms with Rosie and Rocky....How they helped him everything from beginning to end....
Then his Baby ABHINAV, perhaps they are not connected by blood but heart relationship always prove bigger than blood relations.
Most important his life or wife Geet, maybe he sound selfish but she is his air to breathe now how could he lives without breathe.

Maan went to terrace and recollecting the moments of last night. Why he didn't guessed that before, she already planned everything and Meera only knows she is going to establish a firm in EUROPE,, where in Europe... He knows he would finds her if she went there.
Tears fell from his eyes, "I asked you Geet please talk to me but you didn't... You didn't even tell me about Anupuma Aunty... Why Geet...Why?" Maan asked but he knows no answer will he get.

"I failed in our relationship Geet, I couldn't even makes you, to trust me enough to share your pain or sorrows.... I failed Geet... I failed and you makes me failure."

"Why you don't talk me directly Geet....Why you assumed everything and left....Just asked me once and I'll sort out it" Maan said standing in same place where she was standing.

"Da Da" Maan turn and saw Abhi

"Abhi" Maan said in shocked tone and Maan runs towards him and took him in his embrace.

"Abhi wants to play hide and seek...I'm hiding and Da Da will find me"

"Da Da will play Abhi... Go hide"

Abhi went from there and hides behind the curtains.... Maan smiled on his innocence.

"Where is Abhi" Maan said

"I am hiding Da Da"

"Awww I can't find my Abhi.... Oh hooo I am tired" Maan said after looking here and there

"Da Da I am here"

"Where Abhi"

"Here" Abhi comes out behind the curtains and said, "See"

"I lose Abhi and My Abhi wins" Maan said

....Abhi starts dancing....

Maan went to curtains and try to locate him but he is not there.

"Please don't go so far away from your Da Da Abhi, so that I can even finds you" Maan cried

"Abhi come to your Da Da" Maan said but they couldn't listening them but his family.
They went after him and tears comes automatically in their eyes.

Dev and Annie is about to go after their elder brother but Amar stops them...."Leave him alone"

Scene Shift

On the other hand Meera went from there without telling and listening to anyone.

She is not going to believe all this rubbish, Geet is not her only friend but sister too. They knows each other from class 3 maybe and becomes friends immediately. She always share her problem with her but this time.

She went to hospital and directly meet her father.

"Dad Geet left me and she won't even tell me....Why Dad.... Why"

"Meera maybe she has some reason"

"She can tell me but she went from there like thief"

"Meer she maybe call you once she reached and tell you reason for that too"

"Dad...." Meera chocked

"Meera"

"Geet plane crashed.... She..." Meera said hugging his Dad and give a shocked news to Shashank.

Few Days Passed Like That


Everyone is trying their best to recover from this bad phase and they are always cheering each other but whom they are lying they are missing Geet, Abhi so much... They missed other too but Their absence killing them.
Meera is also coming closer in these days.
Maan always says he is responsible for Geet moving... Meera said she is also not a good friend who doesn't realized that Geet was in pain and planning that.

Scene Shift

Maan is doing what he usually did in these days... He went to Abhi room first and talk to his son... Its his daily routine now.

"Maan" Maan heard Geet voice, she is wearing a golden color Saari and same thread which he tied in that day and partition filled with vermilion, she is looking beautiful but little pale liked him.

"Why you are pushing me Maan"

"I am punishing you Geet....Really?" Maan asked

"Yes just look at me" Geet said

"What you expect from me Geet...Dancing and chilling around"

"I want to see you happy Maan"

"Then come back" Geet is quiet

"Please come back" he repeats

"I am with you Maan, in your heart and I already told you Maan, my heart, mind and soul is here... Only my body is not here"

"I want you, all of you not your presence which only I can feel that" Tears feel from his eyes

"Maan I lost something precious" Geet repeat his dialogue

More tears comes out from her way of cheering, "Just come back Geet then you never lost these precious things"

"Come with me"

"Where"

"Come na Baba, I am not kidnapping you" Geet said

Maan is going with Geet who is dragging him holding his hand, she takes him to their room, Maan didn't went to that room after Geet lefts him.

"Geet I am not going"

"Not even with me"

Geet switched on the lights and room was like that how he left that day. Geet makes him sit on bed where they become soul mates.
She gives him that letter and sit besides him, "now read the entire letter" Geet said

Maan raises his eye-brows and Geet asked him to see.

"Open With Smile" it is written on top which he ignore that day, how could he even noticed it

Geet asked him to turn the letter, he did, "Maan please don't change after my departure coz I fell in love With MAAN who is fun-loving, a big flirt but loving and caring to his love one's and others..... I want my Maan remains the Same" He read the letters written by her and he feels that it was kissed by her....He also does the same.

"I Love You Too Geet please come back....I can't live without You" Maan said

"I Love You Too" Geet said and wipes his tears with her lips and makes him lay down on bed...covers him with blanket.... She cover her hand on his eyes so that he will close his eyes and he is doing what she wants to....Geet place her lips on him... "Sweet Dreams Maan"

"I am always there for you Maan.... In your Heart" Geet said and vanished like air.
