Meeting

Chapter 26

Geet is sitting with Pinky and seeing other playing or giggling or teasing.

"Come" someone calls them

"Actually we are not well, please you guys carry on" Pinky manage to convinced them

Maan want a chance to find her alone but his angry brother appoints a BG around her. He knows Aaditiya purposely makes Pinky sit beside his sister.

He honestly want to turn Devil and uses his mind to fix a meeting with her but he knows his any Devilish act only create distance with her more when her mental condition is so fluctuate.
Whatever the condition or situation is he will meet her at any cost.

Every person gather when priest announced to exchange rings.

Meera first slips ring in his ring finger and everyone claps for them. Next Yash slips ring in her ring finger. The hall is echoed with hooting or whistling.

"Meet me out side Geet" Geet heard his voice Maan is standing so closed to her. His hot breathe fanning near her ear and gives shivers.

She want to distance but everyone is so closed with each other.

"Y...e....s... S....i... r...." Geet stammer and her heart is humping loudly

Scene Shift

She excused herself from Pinky saying she want to go washroom. Pinky asked her to come with her but she denies.

"Sir" Geet stand with proper distance

"How are you Geet" Maan asked taking step towards her

"I am fine Sir" Geet said take 3 step back from him

Maan sensed that she still scared of him. He closed his eyes in pure frustration.

"I arranged doctor appointment tomorrow"

"There is no need Sir, I went to doctor"

"You went to doctor" Maan is literally anger with that new. He is burning in rage. She is checking how much control himself.

"With whom" or if she said Yash then he strangled his neck whether he is going to be married. He is coming between them and its not allowed in his book.

"Before leaving to Delhi, Aaditiya Bhaiya took me to Dr Bhannuat. She said everything is fine and normal, she prescribed some medicine and I am taking it on time...I am carefully doing your work Sir" Geet said looking at ground

He closed his eyes to hold himself, he knows Aaditiya never risk her life and he performed his duty but, "Hmmmm" Maan nodded his head

"May I take leave Sir" Geet asked

Can't she stayed sometime, always talking about running. "She never feel comfortable around you" his inner voice said

He knows she is waiting for his answer, "Hmmmm"

"Thank You Sir" she talk so formally and went from there.


Party end at good note. He also went from there when he met her. She is fine.

Next Day

Maan is also get busy with his work and he is controlling everything from Mumbai office and he went to out of station for 2 days but now he is confirmed she is fine and Aaditiya or everyone taking care of her.

From Tomorrow the marriage rituals will be starts after Thanking Prayer. Family decided to perform that prayer in their family temple.

Maan is also free Tomorrow so he also thought to be with Her. Whatever is the reason he wants her to see and in front of him.

Maan reached Rawat Mansion early in morning. He saw everyone is ready for going someone and their traditional dresses said they are going to perform Prayer. Every guys wearing Kurta or pajama and Gals are in Saari.


"Mr Khurana Good Morning" Dev wished cheerfully

"Good Morning Mr Rawat"

"Call me Dev....Mr Rawat sound I am too old" Dev said

"Why you are in formal Mr Khurana"

"I don't like traditional wear" Maan tactfully tackle the situation. First no one said to him or second he didn't expect them either.

"Me too don't like traditional wear but In prayer we can't ignore it" Dev said

"Yeah"

Geet came down in searching Pinky or Naina but shunned to saw Maan here. She thought he was back to Delhi.

"Good Morning Sir"

Maan turn to her and saw her from top to bottom of her pure serene beauty. She looks ethereal in simple baby pink color Saari. Geet is bit conscious analyzing his burning gaze of her.

"Morning Geet" Maan replied when his gaze is meet with her hesitate gaze.

"Dev Bhai where is Naina Bhabhi" Geet asked as soon as possible

"She is in Kitchen... Geet if you free then please make coffee for me... This Prayer take time and I need best coffee in this world"

"Ji Bhaiya" Geet replied

Maan want to smack him to order his wife. Why she said yes to him. She is guest here not some employee or servant. Every-time he came here only get angry.

Geet from there.

"Sit Mr Khurana for sometime, we will leave in few minutes"

"Hmmm"

Dev heard about him, he is rude or arrogant but it suits him.

Scene Shift

Geet finds girls in Kitchen, they are preparing for things which required in this Prayer.

"Everything is prepare Bhabhi" Geet asked to both

"Yes"

"Do you want to drink Coffee"

"Neiki aur puch-puch...Go ahead" Naina said with wink. Dev and Naina is alike fun-loving.

Geet prepared coffee in next 7 minutes. She gives Coffee to Naina or Pinky. She placed coffee cups for others in tray.

She gives coffee to Dev and serve Black Coffee to Maan. He is shocked to know that she knows he didn't usual coffee but black.

Geet give coffee to Yash and Aadi.

"Geet you are not taking it"

"No Bhaiya" She replied to Dev and went from there.

Dev saw Maan amazed look in his eyes.

"If you are thinking any girl talk in monosyllable then yes Geet is exceptional." Dev said giving answer without his question

"When she starts working for you" Dev asked

"From last month" Yash answered

"I am amazed to know that you gives her holiday and Yash manage to makes a big personality comes in a short notice"

"I've some work here" Maan said in rough voice which tell there is no room for more questions

"I am so glad Mr Khurana you come" Dev said

Dev is suspicious about so many things but Yash and other behaving weirdly. Let it be.

"By the way Mr Khurana, how is Geet at work coz she didn't talk to anyone easily or hardly talk to any man other than her brother or us" Dev questions

"I didn't notice Dev, all I want my work accomplish" Maan said

"Hmmmm....That true"

"Bhai can you inquiry some other time or we will get late for this Prayer."

"Hold on brother we won't get late, all elder reached there"

"Meera is waiting for me"

"Now you are coming to point"

"Meera is waiting for you....Mr you talked to her entire night in her room still desperate to meet her" Dev tease

Yash is red coz of revelation, "Can we go now"

Dev laughs on his younger brother... "Bhai just keep your promise with Meera and me"

"Yeah..... Yeah"

Everyone comes outside to go Temple.

"Geet, Pinky Bhabhi or Aadi Bhaiya are coming with me" Yash said

"Thank you Yash" Dev said

"Geet is coming with me" Maan said

"But" Yash said but he ostracised by Dev

"Yash, let them be...she is his PA" Dev said

Geet comes to Maan side without making fuzz. No one wants to create scene here.

Maan open the door for Geet and she sit quietly, he closed the door and sit in driving seat. She is conscious as well as hell nervous, why he asked them to bring her with him.

Maan sensed that she is nervous, she is knotting her Saari Edge. He want her to relaxed a little bit.

Maan didn't said anything to her and follows cars preceded to him.

They reached Temple in next 30 minutes. Meera is present their with her family member.
Yash and Meera do the prayer together according to Priest asked them.

"From tomorrow our rituals will start...Tomorrow is Haldi...Next Day Sangeet and After that Mehendi and then Marriage." Priest announced the timing too

All are climbing down to stairs to move from here. Geet is leading and Maan is behind her. Suddenly a lady bang with Geet and her balance disturb... Maan hold Geet to stop from falling and in this his feet slip from stair and he rolled on few stairs... She is shocked to see that...He is saving her and fell.


"Maaaaan" She scream
