Chapter 31

It has been one week when he returns from his business trip. Annie also came back after 3 days. Arjun parents and Daadi fixed there marriage after Geet's delivery.

Maan took her to Dr Bhannuat for regular check.

"Dr does she travel now"

"Yes Mr Khurana"

"What measure precautions we would take while travelling"

"Nothing measure, she can't stand for long time and just conducive environment all she need."

"Okay"

"We should take leave" Maan said and take her with him.

In Evening

Geet knocked Annie's door, "Could I get in"

"What do you want"

"I want to show you these design"

"Call me Ma'am Geet, you are mere employee here"

"Yes Ma'am" Geet said and Annie smirk on her victory

Annie saw that and finds it appealing but how could she let her win over her B ego.

"I don't like anything Geet, I don't know what Arjun saw in your designs. Its seems like some home-maker lady design it but she is better than you" Annie taunt

"I'll make something else Ma'am"

"Let see...Now leave"

"Yes" Geet is about to go when an idea clicked in her mind

"Do you know Our this trip is very successful and that coz of new model 'Meghvi'... She carries our designers dress so beautifully which enhance the beauty of every dress" Annie

"Congratulations Ma'am" Geet said as she doesn't know why she is praising her in front of him

"You know what, I think Bhai likes her as they spend quality of time together...You know" Annie said with a smiling face

"It's good Ma'am" Geet said in placid voice

"I know" she want to see hurt face but nothing is there she pretend like it doesn't matter for her. "You better know your place" Annie said, "Now leave"

Geet leave from there.

Scene Shift

Maan is making plan to ask her to join office and this time Daadi can't stops him. He is working and watching her to makes drawing or maybe designing.

"For whom you are making this designing Geet"

"Annie Ma'am"

"Geet can't you stop being formal"

"But Annie Ma'am asked me call her Ma'am" she said like she is following orders and she is right

"Show me what you showed her"

Geet shows her designs although he saw that but a week before now he is curious to know what changes she done.

"Geet you can sit here"

Geet sit on other sofa while he is watching her designs. He knows why Annie denies her. Her design is good and simple like her....specially made for girlish look.

"I think I should scare of you Geet"

"Why Sir...I" Geet stops by Maan

"Maan...my name not that tough Geet which you can't say" Maan said

"Please don't asked me that" Geet said

"Why so"

Geet is lowering her head. She doesn't have any answer.

"I'll call you Maan Sir please" she doesn't pleaded with her cute kitten eyes.

"Fine" Maab said "Maan Sir for now and soon this Sir will gone...I hope soon" he thinks

"But Maan Sir why you scare of me" Geet asked showing her curiosity

"You are taking my place in Fashion World so I should be scare of me"

"You are kidding Right Maan Sir" Geet said

"Do I look like"

"No" Geet nodding her head

"Maan Sir, I know this is not good but I don't want to hurt Arjun"

"Arjun" Maan said but he can’t hide his frustration. She is calling him by his name and but him. He makes brotherly relationship with her but him.

"Geet never ever gives importance to anyone, if Annie don't like that then let it be...Tell Arjun, her wife don't like your designs" Maan said

"She is your sister, Maan Sir"

"Whatever Geet" Maan said. He doesn't want to talk about her.
He wants about her only.

"Why you didn't opt Fashion Designing"

"This is hobby Sir but not my passion"

"What is your passion Geet"

"Financial Work... I love to manage small resources in such a manner which gives us maximum profit"

"Its sound enchanting but you love designing too"

"Yes but designing is my second passion which I enjoyed when I feel alone"

"So you are designing coz you feel alone"

"Arjun asked me too" Geet answer

"Okay.... Geet its getting late so go and sleep"

"But"

"No if and but...Go"

She nodded her head in agreement.

Maan also want to asked why she is wearing only that nighty only. He noticed that she only wears that at night. He knows there are so many night wear he purchased for her.

Geet is tossing and turning on her side and Maan also feels that she is not sleeping and Coz of her, he is not getting sleep.

Geet turn to his side and finds him sleeping peacefully. Now she can't left without disturbing him. She is feeling hungry suddenly and she want to ignore but she can't... She can't sleep now so better she eat something.

Geet very carefully leave the place without making noise. She looked back and finds him sleeping. She signed in relief.

Geet went to Kitchen and tries to find something but couldn't locate anything. She finds only ice-cream or chocolates which Daadi Ma also had in fridge. She wants to eat food not dessert not now...maybe after food she can take it.

She thought to make but she couldn't find anything which she can make, if she is at home she can make accordingly.

Geet thought to have dessert at least her hungry stomach get relief.

Geet pick the bowl and spoon to take ice-cream. She open the refrigerator's freezer and about to take out ice-cream but Maan's voice startled her.

"Now you are stealing things" Maan said with smirk but his smirks dies when he saw bowl fell from her hand and glass piece scattered everywhere.

"No.... No....Maan Sir..." Geet said and about to step on it

"Stop where you are" Maan said and Geet stops with his authoritative voice

Maan scoops her in his arms, "Maan Sir"

"Shhhhhhhhhhhh" Maan makes a voice

Maan makes her sit on small table or chair in their kitchen.

"Then what are you doing?"

"I am feeling hungry"

"At this hour"

"Doctor Bhannuat said its normal, I asked her about this problem and she said its normal in pregnancy" Geet answering him while watching ground.

Wow he is teasing her and she is explaining like she is teaching some students. He knows that but if he tells her than mu God knows what she think about him. So, let it go.

"What is in floor Geet" Maan asked

"Nothing Maan Sir"

"Then will you answer me looking at me"

Geet immediately saw him but again his gaze always gives her shiver. How could she tell him without making him angry.

Geet saw glass piece on floor and about to stand on her seat, "There is some jumping bag in your seat Geet"

"What Maan Sir" Geet asked in surprise tone

"Can't you sit for a while"

"Glass is shattered on floor"

"So"

"It was my mistake so I am going to clean it" She said in low voice

"Are you our maid"

Geet is quiet.

"Geet only do your work and just leave others work for them... Do you get me"

"They are unaware of it and get hurt"

"They can see" Maan said and quiet her

"What do you want to eat...Ice cream" as she had bowl in her hand

"I want to eat food but I can't find it so I was thinking to have ice-cream"

"What do you want to eat in food"

Geet thought maybe he will wake up other servant so she said, "I'll eat ice-cream"

"Ice-cream is not food"

"Maan Sir please don't wake up anyone at this hour"

He was always melt in her caring side, she doesn't want to disturb anyone.

"I re-state my question Geet and you know I hate repetition" Maan said

"Anything" Geet said in one word

Maan open the burner and starts preparing for pasta which he knows well to made.

"You are making" Geet face a small smile

"Why Ma'am...Do you worried of it is safe then I am assure you.. It is"

That smile disappear from her face, "I don't want to hurt you... Vo...Its surprise to see you know cooking too"

"I know everything Geet" Maan said with a smirks which shows how much he proud of it.

Maan makes Pasta in 15 minutes and now its ready to serve. Geet is sitting quietly and watching him with appreciation.

Maan placed entire pasta in a plate and a killer smirking comes on hia face.

He sit on next seat and take a bite. Geet saw him and gulps as she want to eat whatever he made, that mouth-watering smell turns her hunger double.

Maan saw her eyes are on plate and his smirks grew more. He saw that Geet is pursing her lips and later licking her lips. She can't voiced out but her body language tells anyone she want it desperately and she can do anything for it.

"Do you want to eat Pasta, Geet"

She can eat anything which he made.

Geet nodded

"Fine come and have it with me" he eyeing her to sit on hia laps.

"What" she said with her big hazel eyes

"Choice is your, now I am also hungry"

"You are not pregnant" Geet said but later cover her mouth in Embarrassment

"Yes, I can't be Geet but Its my house and I can eat anytime I want specially when I made it" Maan

Geet is watching him and Pasta again and again like Tic-Tok. She doesn't understand what to do. How could she sit on him and why he aksed her to sit on first place.
