Chapter 38

All ladies done the Pooja, listening the importance of this fast, what is actually mean of this fast. Everyone is enjoying, Nayanthara is enjoying though it's tough for her to keep fast without water and anything, she offer fast in Navaratri but it's easy as compared to Karwachauth fast, fast and all is Geet's work not her but she wants to perform for her Dev Ji. She really likes him so she can do this for him.
On the other hand Geet is feeling bad, she is offering fast for name sake, she did offer this fast when she falls in category of spinster but she is neither falls spinster now married and why she is offering coz of others. She wants to become Krishna's Meera but again she maybe is not suited for Krishna Ji.

Finally the Moon is come and all are gets so happy specially Nayanthara, If moon won't come soon then she will faint.
They all are standing in a queue and did prayer, Married Man aka, Amar, Dev and Maan stand in front of their spouses.

"Thanks To Krishna Ji or I'll faint Dev Ji" Nayanthara said in low tone

Dev smiles on her, "Have your water first then have your food"

"You must be hungry na"

"Not exactly" he replied

Maan is standing in front of Geet, who is performing prayers and saw him through sieve, seeing a happy Maan, she advert her gaze and did what she asked to done. After completing prayer, Maan hold glass of water and keep it near her mouth and Geet unknowingly hold her hand on his makes them startled with coming each other contact. Geet didn't drink only to show she drink and Maan noticed that and frowned comes on his face. "Geet" Maan said in low tone. She saw him but again avoid looking at him. Everyone is starting to leave and have dinner in their room as all are need a little privacy.

"I am not hungry Maan Ji, I am placing your dinner in room" she said before leaving

"What the hell is her problem" Maan thought and he saw she is leaving. This is too much and he wants to know what going on inside her brain. He wants to understand but seems like he never understand her.

Maan is waiting for Geet in room but his meal is sent by one of maidservant. That's it. He ignore her coz she is also fasting.
He asked where is Geet and she replied, "She went to go Temple and then she has her meal."

"Okay, you may leave" he asked

Scene Shift

Dev saw her going outside and he send a message from maidservant to Nayanthara, he has to go for work and will come back after some time.

Dev follows her in Temple, Geet did prayer and break her fast in presence of Krishna Ji, having water or some sweet.

Tears fell from her eyes for so many reasons, "I don't know what I am doing Krishna Ji"

"Why you are asking to Krishna Ji, Geet, you very well aware what are you doing" she heard Dev voice and she is shocked

"At least don't run Now Geet" Dev pleads to her when he sensed she is about to go, he never ever going to force her to stay with him.

"Why you are making everything so hard for me Dev Ji"

"I thought you again going to say Jiju" Dev said not taunting but yes it is for Geet, she looked at him and again avoid when she see he is staring at her.

"You are my Jiju" she said after sometime

"I know Geet, you shouldn't have to remind me" Dev said in hurt tone, "If your avoiding, running is done then, we can talk like mature, though you are teacher but this time I feel I am dealing with teenager" he said

"What do you want to talk Jiju" she said determine tone

"I guess you know what I want to raise question" he said

"When I got to know that who you are, I get scared for Di as she skipped school that day and unknowingly I said Di's name.... Believe me Dev Ji, it's not intentional, I didn't realise what I said to you until you called me Nayanthara. I do want to correct you but it strike in my mind that what you would thought that about us, what kind of teacher I am who don't present herself and teacher in your school. I asked my teachers to play along with me so that my students, in this sense I protect Di as well"

"Do you even realise what you did in your scare state. You ruined my future Geet"

"I crazily fell for you, I admit I fell for you beauty first but that whole day I follows you to know you, I am judging my analysis, for the first time I fell for a girl who is worthy for my love at first sight or not" Dev is so much pain tone that it brings tears in her eyes too

"What I'll do with your sorry Geet, I want to shake you so hardly or even hurt you but I can't" he laughs on his condition, "You snatched that right from me, you married to my brother and I never hurt you coz I Love You" he said to her and fell on floor of Temple.

"You don't love me" Dev laugh sarcastically, "You are right, how can I.... Knowing everything about you, still I am stupid to not to forget you, not to hate you and not even want to hurt you or take revenge for messing up with me" he said to her directly looking at her dark brown orbs.
She wants to go but she can't leave him in that condition, she couldn't understand what she will do to create hate for her in his heart.

"Forget me Dev Ji, I am your brother's wife and he loves me" her fingers are crossed, she is standing at Her Krishna Ji Temple and telling lie.

Dev laughs in mocking manner, "My Brother loves someone else, at least now I get that, If I know before I'll help him at least to get his love. I know my Maan Bhai if he love someone he won't forget or moved on... Say some other lie Geet, I am not saying, you are not good but I know Maan Bhai more than you" he complete his sentence

"Forget me Dev Ji, you are married... At least respect the Conjugal Bond you are bounded, think about your wife with who you married....twice" she pursed her lips and closed her eyes, "It doesn't suit you... You are Purohit"

"Don't teach me Geet, I am not your students or someone who fell for your sweet-coated lovely talk, you just spread web of lies and innocent people fell for your charm" Dev said in most hurtful words. He doesn't want to hurt her but her avoidance or giving him preach really hurt him. Why don't she understands.

"Your family doesn't choose me but Di. I don't know you send the proposal for me" Geet said looking at other side

"Again lie" this time his voice is loud to makes her blanched, "At least don't tell lie, You are Krishna Bhakt still you are telling lies, one after another. You very well know that you are standing in your Lord Temple still" he asked, "Tell me truth, I am not here to hear your lies but truth"

"You want to hear truth na Dev Ji then listen, I am orphan who is brought up by Gyaneshwar Purohit or My Foster Father, who gives me respect, love, a surname, shelter, family.... How could you expect me, I told them, your proposal was for me not for Di and I am telling you truth your family chooses Di not me" she said

"Coz I tell a particular name, laugh on me Geet, My family said the description I gave them is suited on Nayanthara sister', how ironic, na Geet" he asked not in shocked tone and stand on his feet.

"You very well knows I love you still you take advantage of my condition and let me Marry your sister" he accused her

"Wow Geet, at least you love someone or I thought you didn't. You lied to me or even your friends Meera too, don't deny the fact that Geet, she came there when I want to meet my Sister In Law. You made me fool all the time, she didn't come face to face or avoiding me till the time I saw you at Farmhouse, when I tries to meet after my marriage to ask you questions, you avoiding me create illusion that You are married and again you are in front of me as my brother's wife. Do tell me honestly Geet, why you said yes to my brother." He asked, "But tell me honestly"

Dev sit beside her and tears fraught in his eyes, "You tell me everything honestly, please help me in one more things, do tell me how to kill my love for you, how to stop my feelings for you. All I know you love your family, your Di's love is important but other's love." he asked

"Can I ask you one thing Dev Ji, what you will do if we married but I will dead coz of something, Do you mourn or moved on after sometime" She asked

I want to say you one more thing Dev Ji, I can do anything for my sister if any chance I got married with you but I've given my place to my Di then I don't give second thought to give that too her." She said and knows what she is saying, she wants to say truth not directly but indirectly, finally she said not intentionally but though, Dev didn't relate anything as why she is saying all this to him.
She stood near Idol and hold somethings sharp thing and about to hurt herself and Dev mind comes on conclusions what she is doing, "Krishna Ji, she is mad" Dev immediately tries to stop her but she said, "Don't come near me Dev Ji, I've decided. I am going to meet my Krishna Ji" she said

"What the hell are you doing"

"I never did anything from you na, this time I am doing for you so that you will moved on easily in your life. No Geet Is Anymore To Disturb You Or Hurt You Dev Ji" she said to him

"Don't do this to me Geet please" Dev pleads, "I'll moved on but please don't hurt yourself coz of me" Dev said and immediately went from there.

Geet fell on her knees, "I am so sorry Dev Ji, again I hurt you, even blackmail you coz I haven't any option left, I'll go far away from you lives so that it's become easy for you to moved on." Geet said to herself and Krishna Ji listen to her... unknown to them an intruder also listen to them, entire conversation and so many things broke in him.

Maan is heartbroken, it's not coz he doesn't know Geet is at least honest with in saying that she doesn't want to marry him but he unknowingly snatched Dev's love...his brother love.
